How long does a shipment take to arrive?
One day within the same city, two days for Cairo, the Delta and Alexandria, three days for Upper Egypt and the Canal cities, and four for remote areas. International air freight takes 3 to 5 days, and sea freight 12 to 25 days depending on the port. We tell you the duration when the order is confirmed, not afterwards.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
By actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, where volumetric weight = length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 5000. Request a quote for an instant estimate; the final price is fixed when the parcel is weighed in front of you.
Do you collect the shipment from my premises?
Yes, and free of charge on orders above EGP 2,500. The courier calls at your premises at a fixed time daily and collects the whole day’s shipments at once; below that threshold the pickup run costs EGP 60. Orders that reach us before five in the afternoon are collected the same day.
When do I receive the cash-on-delivery proceeds?
Weekly on the smaller packages, twice a week on the Growing Store Package, and daily on the Business Package. You receive a bank transfer or an e-wallet payment with a statement showing every shipment, its amount and its fees. We do not hold your money a single day past its due date.
What if my shipment is damaged or late?
If it is insured it is compensated at its full declared value within 14 working days of the case being established. And if it is late through our fault, we call you first to explain the reason and the new date.
How do I ship from China to Egypt?
China to Egypt shipping works in three steps: you agree the goods with your supplier and receive the commercial invoice and packing list, we handle the international shipment by sea (12 to 25 days) or by air (3 to 5 days) to the Egyptian port or airport, then we complete customs clearance and deliver to your door in any governorate. You only need a commercial register and an import card, and we review your documents before the shipment leaves. Request a quote and we reply with cost and transit time within 24 hours.
Do you offer transshipment services?
Yes. Our transshipment services move cargo through Egypt to its final destination on the best route in the shortest time, with the shipment monitored at every stage until it arrives. We prepare the transit paperwork, coordinate with the port or airport and the customs authority, and keep you updated throughout.
