By actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Volumetric weight = length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 5000. A parcel that is light but bulky takes up more van space, so it is charged by its volume. Your initial estimate is available in the shipping calculator, and the final price is fixed when the parcel is weighed in front of you.

One day within the same city, two days for Cairo, the Delta and Alexandria, three days for Upper Egypt and the Canal cities, and four for remote areas. International air freight takes 3 to 5 days, and sea freight 12 to 25 days depending on the port. We tell you the duration when the order is confirmed, not afterwards.

Weekly on the smaller packages, twice a week on the Growing Store Package, and daily on the Business Package. You receive a bank transfer or an e-wallet payment with a statement showing every shipment, its amount and its fees. We do not hold your money a single day past its due date.

If it is insured it is compensated at its full declared value within 14 working days of the case being established. If it is not insured, compensation is capped at ten times the shipping fee. Our frank advice: insure any shipment worth more than three thousand pounds — the fee is far less than the loss.

We do not ship flammable materials, explosives, weapons, narcotics, uninsured cash or jewellery, or live animals. Batteries, perfumes and permitted chemicals are shipped under special packing conditions and with prior notice — tell us the contents openly before collection.

We call you first and explain the reason and the new date. We do not argue and we do not ask you for proof — the delay is our mistake.

China to Egypt shipping works in three steps: you agree the goods with your supplier and receive the commercial invoice and packing list, we handle the international shipment by sea (12 to 25 days) or by air (3 to 5 days) to the Egyptian port or airport, then we complete customs clearance and deliver to your door in any governorate.
